Setting aside the fact an acronym from the 20th century is rather unlikely to be related to a Hebrew word from thousands of years ago, the Hebrew word in question, נָשָׁא, can also mean to lend. And while there are several different manners of romanizing Hebrew words, the more common rendering of this Hebrew word is actually Nasha. The word actually normally rendered as Nasa is נָשָׂא, which means to lift or carry. Finally, the pronunciations, whether of נָשָׁא or of נָשָׂא, is different from the pronunciation of NASA.

Not working -
1. both the sun and the moon would be visible all the time from all places on Earth.
2. sunsets would not show the sun disappearing behind the horizon
3. moon eclipses would not be possible

You must find a much better one, still.
